AI Privacy

Use AI Privacy to choose which types of personally identifiable information (PII) are redacted before ticket content is used for AI processing.

  1. Review the grouped data types and each type’s description. Default badges identify the default selections.
  2. Select the checkboxes for data types to redact, or clear a checkbox to exclude that type from redaction.
  3. Select Save AI Privacy Settings.
  4. If every checkbox is cleared, review Confirm redaction is off. Select Save with redaction off only to confirm that empty selection, or cancel the confirmation and revise your choices.

Defaults apply until this page is saved. Saving makes the selected set your explicit privacy setting. An empty saved selection turns PII redaction off.
