Separate resources for every customer
Section titled “Separate resources for every customer”Each customer’s workspace runs on its own dedicated Azure resources (compute, storage, search, key vault and AI resources), which no other customer shares.
Workspaces run in Microsoft Azure regions in the United States, unless an alternate location is requested.
Sign-in and access
Section titled “Sign-in and access”People sign in with their Microsoft Entra ID work account. See Sign-in and roles.
Access within a workspace is controlled by three roles: dispatcher, technician and admin. Admins manage them in User Management.
Personal information and AI services
Section titled “Personal information and AI services”Before ticket content is used for AI processing, ZenTop Triage redacts the types of personal information an admin selects under AI Privacy, with defaults until saved. See AI Privacy.
Credentials
Section titled “Credentials”PSA and documentation-provider credentials are stored in the workspace’s Azure Key Vault. You enter them in Integrations.
Your PSA
Section titled “Your PSA”ZenTop Triage reads from and writes to your PSA only through the API account you connect. Each PSA page lists what it reads and writes: ConnectWise, HaloPSA, and Autotask.
