Queue and Service Board

Open Queue for the Ticket Queue, or Service Board to browse the service ticket list. Both screens provide ticket cards and actions, with filters and sorting above the list.

  1. Select a status filter. Queue offers All, In Progress, and Needs Attention. Service Board also offers New and Assigned.
  2. Use the scope selector, when displayed, to select a ConnectWise board, HaloPSA team, or Autotask queue. Select All scopes to remove that filter.
  3. Select a sort control to order the list. Select it again to reverse the order; the arrow indicates the current direction.
  4. Select Refresh to reload the tickets.
  5. On Service Board, use the page controls to move through the results. The ticket count identifies the current page.

Queue has sort controls for Ticket ID, Priority, Status, Scheduled, Actual Hours, and Date. Service Board has Ticket ID, Status, Actual Hours, and Date.

A card shows the ticket number, customer, and summary, along with available details such as impact and urgency, current status, assignee, board/team/queue, next scheduled time, time worked against budget, and ticket age. Open the ticket’s link to view its record in the connected PSA when that link is available.

An Escalation suggested notice explains why the ticket needs attention. Notes, scheduling, escalation, relationship, and resolution controls appear where available. A disabled control cannot be used for the current ticket or state.
