Open Holidays to configure Holiday Scheduling. Holiday Source offers manual entry or import from your connected PSA. ConnectWise, HaloPSA, and Autotask all support import.

Enter holidays manually

1. Choose the manual holiday source.
2. Select Timezone for the holiday dates and times.
3. Select Add Holiday.
4. Enter the holiday’s Date and Name.
5. Leave the holiday as all day, or turn off the all-day option and enter Start and End times.
6. Add further holidays as needed. Use Remove holiday on a row to remove it.
7. Select Save Holiday Settings and confirm the result.

Import holidays from your PSA

1. Select the import option for your PSA: Import from ConnectWise, Import from HaloPSA, or Import from Autotask. Then save the holiday settings.
2. Review the detected mappings, their holiday lists, and the imported holiday windows. Imported entries are read-only in this view; to change them, update the holidays in your PSA.
3. Select Refresh from PSA to refresh a saved imported holiday source.

Each technician is matched automatically to the holiday list on their assigned calendar. In Autotask, that is the holiday set on the technician’s internal location. If no mappings or holidays are detected, the page displays that state rather than a populated holiday list.
