Integrations

Select Setup in the main navigation to open Configuration, then select the Integrations tab. Integrations are grouped into PSA, Documentation, Endpoints, and Microsoft 365. Each card shows its status, such as Connected or Not connected. Select a card to open its setup, and select All integrations to return to the list.

Some controls depend on the selected PSA or documentation provider. Ticket Relationships and User Management require the admin role.

One PSA is active at a time.

  1. Under PSA, select ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, or Autotask.
  2. Complete the fields for that PSA: see ConnectWise, HaloPSA, or Autotask.
  3. Select Test Connection and review the result. Correct any reported field or connection issue.
  4. Select Save Configuration and confirm the saved message.

If another PSA is already connected, the page says so, and saving the configuration switches ZenTop Triage to the PSA you are configuring.

Stored keys are masked. To replace them, use Update Existing API Keys, complete the replacement fields, then test and save. Use the key-update cancel control to leave that edit without replacing the stored keys.

Once your PSA is connected, its page lists the company types it defines (HaloPSA calls them customer types). ZenTop Triage only ingests tickets for, searches, and lists in company pickers the active companies of the selected types. Your PSA still decides which companies are active, so an inactive company is always left out, whatever its type.

  1. Select the types that count as clients. Until you save a selection, ZenTop Triage uses the types named Client for ConnectWise and Customer for Autotask, which are marked Default, and every type for HaloPSA, which all start selected. HaloPSA also offers No type, for customers without a customer type.
  2. Select Save. The confirmation shows how many active companies now count as clients. If none match, ticket ingestion stops until at least one does.
  3. To go back to the default after saving a selection, select Reset to default.

Only admins can change this selection. If a custom ConnectWise company query is configured for your workspace, the page says so, and the selection has no effect until that query is removed. To check a particular company, see its row in the companies table under PSA Catalog.

One documentation provider is active at a time.

  1. Under Documentation, select IT Glue or Hudu.

  2. Complete the provider’s fields:

    Provider Fields
Hudu Base URL and API Key.
IT Glue Region (US, EU, or AU) and API Key.
  3. Select Test Connection. A successful test is required before Save Documentation Connection becomes available.

  4. Select Save Documentation Connection and confirm the result.

Stored keys are masked. Use Update Existing API Key to replace one, then test and save the connection again.

Once the provider is connected, its page also shows the Documentation KB settings. For IT Glue with HaloPSA, the page explains that organization mapping uses manual mappings or name matches. Review the company mappings after saving a documentation connection.
