ZenTop Triage overview
ZenTop Triage helps your service team classify incoming tickets, review work that needs attention, and assign tickets to available technicians. You can search past tickets and connected documentation, create a ticket with AI assistance, and manage the settings used for routing and scheduling.
The available records, labels, and actions depend on your connected PSA, documentation provider, and assigned roles. These docs cover the controls available within ZenTop Triage.
