The plan
Section titled “The plan”ZenTop Triage has one plan: $599 per month, including 3,500 tickets. Each ticket above that costs $0.05. Billing goes through Azure Marketplace.
How tickets are counted
Section titled “How tickets are counted”A ticket counts once, the first time ZenTop Triage writes a triage outcome for it. Triaging the same ticket again, ingesting closed tickets, and indexing documentation don’t count. ZenTop emails you when you reach 90% and 100% of the included tickets in a billing term.
Suspend or cancel
Section titled “Suspend or cancel”- Suspended subscription: your workspace stops, and all your data and settings are kept, so it can be reinstated without loss.
- Cancelled subscription: your workspace stops straight away, and it and its data are deleted 30 days later. ZenTop warns you 2 days before deletion.
